COURSE DESCRIPTION

The course, Get started with Docker, Docker-Compose, and Kubernetes, is designed for Data Toolers (.Stat Platform Manager, Database Manager, IT Infrastructure Manager, Developer…) as a prerequisite to the ‘.Stat Suite Foundation course for data platform managers’ course and beyond, providing an overview of industry standard technologies used in the installation and delivery of the .Stat Suite.

LEARNING OUTCOMES

  • Understand the capabilities of Docker.
  • Understand the capabilities of Docker Compose.
  • Understand the capabilities of Kubernetes.

 
In each module you will be asked a few questions to help you remember the contents and reinforce your understanding.

CERTIFICATION

Upon completing this course you will receive a certificate of completion and be able to take the .Stat Suite Foundation course for data platform managers course.

In this course you will:

  • Understand the main scenarios for using mappings.
  • Describe how mappings are managed in SDMX.
  • Use Fusion Metadata Registry to manage SDMX mappings between two structures with different dimensionality and/or code list representation.
  • Apply mappings to data files using Fusion Metadata Registry and upload mapped data files to the .Stat Suite.
